Payments: Fixed-rate services are billed according to your schedule. Commission-based management is billed as a percentage of rental revenue and collected monthly.

Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable due to the fixed-rate nature of cleaning, landscaping, and pool services, and the commission-based structure of property management. The only exception is if a subcontractor fails to show or complete a service; in that case, we will either re-perform the service at no charge or issue a partial or full credit.
